Chop the carrots and the swede and put them in a hot pan with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper.
When the vegetables turn golden, pour some hot water into the pan.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the contents of the pan in a blender.
Add the crème fraîche and the fresh basil.

2 large carrots
1 spoon of crème fraîche
15 leaves of basil
