Fast garlicky pasta with prawns

Publié le par NFJ

This recipe will take you less than 15 minutes to do! And probably less than 5 minutes to eat!

Boil some water for the pasta, add a pinch of salt and a drop of oil - so the pasta doesn't become sticky.

Meanwhile, pour some olive oil in a hot pan. Slice the garlic (or crush if you are using normal rather than jumbo garlic). Wait until the garlic turns lightly golden and add the prawns. Salt and pepper to your taste. Add the juice of half a lemon. When the prawns reach a good colour, add the soft cheese and adjust the texture with milk. Stir and allow the sauce to reduce.

The pasta is now cooked - keep 1/2 of the water from the pasta and add to the prawns.

Empty the water from the pasta.

Mix both and stir.

Bon appetit!
